Since 2005, we have helped to optimize the selling effectiveness of more than 3000 medical reps across Canada.
In particular, we have been engaged to enhance the selling competence of newly hired medical reps and contract sales teams, as well as validate the selling approach of a number of new product launches.
In addition, we have helped a number of field sales managers to refine and strengthen their coaching approach to better meet the individual needs of each member of their sales team.
